As we approach crossover day, and our bills head over to the Senate, I'm reflecting on what we've been able to accomplish in the last month. From making meaningful steps to pass data center reform, to making college tuition more affordable and predictable for Virginia families, I couldn't be more proud to fight for the issues that matter to all of us.

Affordability has been in the spotlight this session, and I have been concerned about the various proposed tax and fee increases. But I want to assure you that while folks have proposed all kinds of bills, most of them have been defeated by Democrats and Republicans together during the committee process. For those increases that have made it to the floor, I voted against them. I will continue to work to improve affordability for my constituents, and folks across the Commonwealth.

Thank you for all you do,

John McAuliff

Delegate, Virginia's 30th District
